„If some people were stopped at the borders, it means that there were legal reasons for it. Illegal reasons could not have been invoked," said Prime Minister Zinaida Greceanii on March 31, 2009.

The Authorities having not given reason; or charging with offense to those wanting to enter Moldova can only have one motive. To close the borders to independant free people who can report the realities of government actions and record events. The border police identities should be noted for future reference. E.U money can be witheld in future for border security that breaches human rights and prosecutions of current officials brought to trial with evidence collected today; yesterday, or in future. Question: Do Romanian citizens need to use their passport to travel into Moldova, or is another form of identification acceptable?
