„I cannot understand why a foreign investor that brings money to Moldova, opens jobs for its citizens, faces such difficulties", Pennese stated.
The mayor of Chisinau, Dorin Chirtoaca stated he had already ordered to begin investigation, as this is not the only case of this kind recorded in the Moldova. "We suppose there are some intermediary persons or some particular fraud schemes, but each time when we come to investigate such things, the victims withdraw their demand", Mayor Chirtoaca said.
