Moldovan mass media have troubles observing deontological ethics

Radio and TV stations, as well as the written media, including media from the Transdiestrian and Gagauz regions, have troubles, sometimes major ones, in observing ethical standards and principles, reveals the first monitoring report issued by the IJC.
