Vladimir Voronin has met with Russian officials in Moscow

The leader of the Communists Party (PCRM) Vladimir Voronin had a meeting with the head of the Russian presidential administration Serghei Naryshkin while on a visit to Moscow on August 10.

According to the press service of the PCRM, Voronin and Naryshkin discussed the Moldovan-Russian bilateral relations and considered possibilities of developing them.

The same day, the leader of the Moldovan Opposition met with State Secretary and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Grigory Karasin. Besides the Moldovan-Russian relations, the two officials discussed the political situation in Moldova.

Vladimir Voronin returns to Moldova on Wednesday, August 11. The last time the former President of Moldova visited Moscow in October 2009.
