According to Vice-Mayor [city governor] Nistor Grozavu, of 3 companies-participants in the public auction only the Daac-vi-com presented necessary documents and bank guarantees to an amount of 472 thousand lei, necessary to start reconstruction works.
"Also companies Agro-Dacia and Avri participated in the competition, but none of them could present bank guarantees demanded by the municipality which would prove that they can start lake reconstruction. Also, both companies offered work proposals which considerably exceeded Primaria's demands", Grozavu said.
According to him the Daac-vi-com presented minimum reconstruction work content in limits of 47 million lei. A special commission will analyze its documents and if they are in order, and proposal corresponds to Primaria's demands, the company will be announced tender's winner and it should start reconstruction works no later than middle of September.
Grozavu also said as soon as the lake will be filled with water, the Primaria will start looking for an investor to equip the park with services and utilities according to a project proposed earlier at the Chisinau Municipal Council's meeting.
Infotag's dossier: The municipal budget provided over 70 thousand lei for the silt work removal, and to finish equipping the park with services and utilities the budget will need 200 million euros.
