The head of the Moldovan diplomacy to make a diplomatic tour through European capital cities

This week, Deputy Prime Minister Iurie Leanca, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, will visit a number of European capital cities within a diplomatic tour.

On Tuesday, February 9, Iurie Leanca will be in Vienna, where he will meet with his Austrian homologue Michael Spindelegger. The same day, Leanca will go to Bratislava during a two-day official visit to Slovak Republic, where he will meet with a number of Slovak officials.

On Wednesday, February 10, Iurie Leanca will visit Brussels to participate in the North-Atlantic Council Reunion in 28+Republic of Moldova format. The head of the Moldovan diplomacy will meet with the 28 Ambassadors of the allied states. They will exchange opinions about the process of implementation of RM-NATO Partnership Individual Action Plan. Iurie Leanca will also have a bilateral meeting with Anders Fogh Rasmussen, NATO Secretary General.

On February 10, Iurie Leanca will meet with Frans Timmermans, his Dutch homologue, and with Joke Brandt, Director General for Cooperation Development within the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The meeting will be held in The Hague.
