Chisinau to host PA BSEC meeting

The 34th meeting of the Economic, Commercial, Technological and Environmental Affairs Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (PA BSEC) will take place in Chisinau on March 17.

In a communique, the Parliament of Moldova says the meeting will be opened by First Deputy Speaker Serafim Urecheanu and the Committee's chairman Garik Minasyan, who is also the head of Armenia's delegation to the forum.

The meeting will discuss the food security and ecological situation in the BSEC member states and consider the possibility of creating the Regional Energy Infrastructure Fund. The head of the Bulgarian delegation Svilen Kraychev will present a report on food security.
